Scheduling a discovery call does not create a binding legal contract for professional services until a separate formal agreement or statement of work is executed between Entheios LLC and your organization.

The Entheios Customer Care SMS program is strictly limited to transactional and informational messages regarding your scheduled discovery call and direct inquiries. The Entheios Customer Care SMS program does not include cold outreach, unsolicited marketing, or unrelated promotional campaigns.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is provided separately during booking or consent form submission. Providing SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Entheios.

You represent that you are the primary subscriber or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and notifying Entheios promptly if that number changes.

6. Message Frequency and Charges

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity, reminders, and interaction with our scheduling team.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile wireless plan. Check with your mobile carrier for rates that may apply to your plan.
• Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network availability.

7. Opting Out

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Entheios, reply STOP to any message sent by Entheios.

After opting out, you may receive one final text message confirming that your request to unsubscribe has been processed. Please note that opting out of SMS text communications does not automatically cancel an existing appointment on your calendar.
